This contract is intended to ensure supply of equipment for technological upgrading of ART d.o.o. production site in line with environmentally friendly and sustainable up-to-date technologies as follows:
1. Specialized drying chamber for enhanced and controlled drying of finishing materials (paint and varnishes) based on water for wooden products;
2. 5000l solar heating system for heating technological water with the flow and return temperature of the system being 60°/40°C. The system will be used as a basic heating system and it will be combined with current firewood boiler system in order to gain maximum efficiency. Solar panels will be mounted on the rooftop of production facilities;
3. 50kW autonomous photovoltaic power plant for powering drying chamber and lighting. Photovoltaic panels will be mounted on the rooftop of production facilities.

Sposobnost obavljanja profesionalne djelatnosti:

For Lot 1 – Specialized drying chamber with transport:

a) At least 3 staff members currently working for the tenderer in the field related to the contract;

b) At least 3 staff members currently working for the tenderer this year in fields related to the contract are permanent.

For Lot 2 – 5000l solar heating system:

a) Has a permit issued by relevant professional or state institutions to perform mechanical installation works – equivalent to Croatian ‘Approval for the Ministry of Physical Planning and Construction to perform mechanical installation works';

b) Has a professional certificate appropriate to this contract - equivalent to Croatian ‘Certificate of passed professional exam for performing Physical Planning and Construction works' for one employed Mechanical Engineer;

c) Has at least 5 staff members that are trained and experienced in installing equipment and systems related to this contract which is to be proved by their participation in at least 2 projects in fields related to the contract during last 2 years

For Lot 3 – 50kW autonomous photovoltaic power plant:

a) Has a permit issued by relevant professional or state institutions to perform electrical installation works – equivalent to Croatian ‘Approval for the Ministry of Physical Planning and Construction to perform electrical installation works';

b) Has a professional certificate appropriate to this contract – equivalent to Croatian ‘Certificate of passed professional exam for performing Physical Planning and Construction works' for one employed Electrical Engineer;

d) Has at least 5 staff members that are trained and experienced in installing equipment and systems related to this contract which is to be proved by their participation in at least 2 projects in fields related to the contract during last 2 years.

Ekonomska i financijska sposobnost:

For Lot 1 – Specialized drying chamber with transport:

a) the annual turnover of the tenderer for the years 2011 and 2012 must be at least two times of the submitted financial proposal;

b) financial assets at the end of year 2011 and 2012 show a positive balance.

For Lot 2 – 5000l solar heating system:

For Lot 1 – Specialized drying chamber with transport:

a) The tenderer has worked successfully on at least 2 projects with a budget of at least 30.000,00 EUR for all projects combined, in the field related to this contract, which were implemented within the last 3 years from before the submission deadline for the submission of offers. This means that the project the tenderer refers to could have been started/implemented/completed at any time during the indicated period but it does not necessarily have to be started and completed during that period, nor implemented during the entire period.

For Lot 2 – 5000l solar heating system:

a) The tenderer has worked successfully on at least 5 projects with a budget of at least 25.000,00 EUR for all projects combined, in the field related to this contract, which were implemented within the last 3 years from before the submission deadline for the submission of offers. This means that the project the tenderer refers to could have been started/implemented/completed at any time during the indicated period but it does not necessarily have to be started and completed during that period, nor implemented during the entire period.

For Lot 3 – 50kW autonomous photovoltaic power plant:

a) The tenderer has worked successfully on at least 5 projects with a budget of at least 100.000,00 EUR for all projects combined, in the field related to this contract, which were implemented within the last 3 years from before the submission deadline for the submission of offers. This means that the project the tenderer refers to could have been started/implemented/completed at any time during the indicated period but it does not necessarily have to be started and completed during that period, nor implemented during the entire period.
