— A document or a certificate by a competent authority keeping official records on the business entity or the person authorized to represent business entity of the non-existence of circumstances that would be contrary to the provision of Article 46, paragraph 1, item 1 of the Act, or, if such a document may not be obtained in the country of legal domicile of the business entity, a statement or certificate issued by a competent body keeping official records of such circumstances,

— A certificate issued by the tax authority concerning the state of debt or an equivalent document issued by competent authorities in the legal domicile of the business entity proving that the Tenderer has fulfilled the obligation to pay all tax obligations and contributions for pension and health insurance,

— In case of a Joint Tender, each member of the group must separately prove its financial capacity and the fact that they have paid all due tax obligations and contributions for pension and health insurance,
— Guarantee for the seriousness of the Tender – the Tenderer shall submit a guarantee in the amount of EUR 30,000.00 EUR or the equivalent amount converted into HRK in accordance with the median exchange rate of the Croatian National Bank on the date of publication of the public tender.

* One satisfactorily performed contract in EU Member States concerning the development of a cost model for the calculation of net costs of the provision of universal services.
— Document proving education and certificate of professional capacity of persons responsible for the provision of services,
— The Tenderer must submit a statement that it has at its disposal and that it will include in its team the consultants with the following experience:
1) the consultant acting as team leader must have:
* Experience as team leader in at least 1 completed cost model development project in EU Member States on the basis of the bottom-up approach and LRIC methodology for services in electronic communications which are the subject of this public procurement.
